Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation found on a biopsy or blood test.
- You have previously taken a third-generation EGFR inhibitor (like Osimertinib or Almonertinib) and your cancer has grown while on it.
- You have not had any other cancer treatment since the EGFR inhibitor stopped working.
- You are at least 18 years old, can perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-1), and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and has not been treated with radiation before.
