Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are already taking a PCSK9 inhibitor or inclisiran for cholesterol, OR have been diagnosed with moderate or severe aortic stenosis (a narrowed heart valve) on a CT scan
  • You are willing to have blood samples taken for this study
  • You do not have any medical condition that would make it unsafe, such as a bleeding disorder, or you are not taking part in another trial with an unapproved drug or device
  • You agree to drink no more than 14 units of alcohol per week
