Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder (shoulder pain and stiffness lasting more than 1 month, with normal X-rays)
- You are 18 years or older
- You speak Dutch or French
- You have not had a previous shoulder nerve block on the same side
- You have not received a corticosteroid injection in the same shoulder in the past 3 months
- You do not have conditions like bleeding disorders, allergies to the medicines used, or recent shoulder injury/surgery
