Testing LP-284 for advanced lymphomas and solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a type of B-cell lymphoma or a solid tumor that has grown after at least two prior treatments, or for which no standard treatment is available.
  • Your cancer is measurable on a scan (for lymphoma, a PET-positive spot at least 1.5 cm; for solid tumors, at least one lesion that can be measured).
  • Your liver, kidney, and bone marrow function are adequate (based on blood tests).
  • If you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose; men must use effective birth control for 3 months after the last dose.
