Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (like bones or soft tissue).
- Your cancer has grown while on hormone therapy, and you've tried one newer hormone drug.
- You have had 1 or 2 chemotherapy treatments for your prostate cancer, and it has continued to grow.
- Your testosterone level is very low (below 50 ng/dL).
- You need to provide a fresh tumor sample from a soft tissue site that hasn't been treated with radiation.
- You are able to be active and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
