Who can take part

  • You have a specific type of advanced cancer: esophageal, stomach (not HER2-positive), colorectal, or pancreatic cancer.
  • For most types, you need to have already tried standard first-line treatment and it stopped working. (Some stomach or pancreatic cancer patients may not need prior treatment.)
  • You must be able to take care of yourself and be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You cannot have active brain metastases, fluid buildup needing drainage, a history of serious lung inflammation, or a recent hole or leak in your digestive tract.
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys must be working well enough.
