Who can take part

  • You have a lifelong inability to create mental images (aphantasia) OR you have typical mental imagery abilities
  • You are covered by French public health insurance
  • You understand French
  • You do not have any current or past medical, neurological, or mental health condition
  • You do not have pain or movement problems in your arms
  • You do not play a musical instrument more than once a week
  • You do not have any metal implants in your head or neck (like clips, stents, or stimulators)
  • You are not pregnant and do not have a history of seizures
