Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and have been diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer).
- You have not received any systemic treatment (like chemotherapy or immunotherapy) for your cancer before.
- Your cancer is at a stage where surgery is a possible option (CNLC stage Ib to IIIa) and has at least one measurable tumor.
- You have one or more high-risk factors for the cancer coming back after surgery, such as a high AFP level, a large tumor, multiple tumors, or tumor near blood vessels.
- You are in good general health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your blood and organ function tests are adequate.
- If you are a woman who can become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months after.
