Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer (a type called adenocarcinoma).
- Your cancer is castration-resistant (still growing even though your testosterone is at very low levels).
- Your PSMA level on a special PET scan is low (SUVmean less than 10).
- You have already tried a newer hormone therapy like abiraterone or enzalutamide, and you stopped it at least 2 weeks ago (and any steroids for at least 1 week).
- You are in reasonably good health (able to care for yourself, even if you need help sometimes) and have adequate blood counts, kidney, and liver function.
- You have not had treatment with an HDAC inhibitor (like valproic acid) or 177Lu-PSMA-617 before.
