Who can take part

  • Your child had a liver transplant before age 6.
  • It has been at least 4 years since the transplant.
  • Your child's liver function is currently normal.
  • Your child takes only one anti-rejection medicine (either tacrolimus or cyclosporine A).
  • A liver biopsy done within the last 2 years showed no signs of rejection or significant scarring.
  • Your child has not had a hepatitis infection in the last year.
