- You received a liver transplant before age 7 and it has been 3–7 years since your transplant
- Your liver function tests have been stable and normal for the past year (ALT < 30, GGT < 50)
- You have not had rejection episodes in the past 12 months
- You take only tacrolimus (a single anti-rejection medicine) for at least 6 months, with stable doses
- You do not have an active infection or other serious illness requiring ongoing immune-suppressing treatment
- If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test at enrollment
