Who can take part
- Age 40 to 80 years old
- Either have Parkinson's disease, progressive supranuclear palsy, or be a healthy volunteer
- If you have Parkinson's: first motor symptoms started less than 3 years ago
- If you have progressive supranuclear palsy: first symptoms (movement, balance, or thinking) started less than 3 years ago
- No metal in your body (like pacemaker, shrapnel, or certain implants) that would prevent a safe MRI scan
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
