Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that is stage II, III, or IV.
- You are scheduled to receive a specific type of non-SABR external beam radiation therapy (like 60 Gy in 30 sessions for curative treatment or 30 Gy in 5 sessions for palliative treatment).
- You have not had radiation therapy to your chest, surgery, or chemotherapy for this cancer before.
- You do not have interstitial lung disease.
- You are willing to follow study procedures and be followed for up to 1 year.
