Who can take part

  • You must have early-stage non-small cell lung cancer that hasn't been treated yet, or a small recurrence that can't be removed with surgery.
  • Your tumor must be located near the center of your chest (centrally located).
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your blood counts, kidney and liver function must be within safe limits, and your breathing test (FEV1) must be at least 0.5 L.
