Who can take part
- You are pregnant and have been diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) or Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM).
- You are pregnant and have a genetic variant of uncertain significance in TSC1 or TSC2.
- You are pregnant and your fetus has a 50% chance of having TSC (for example, due to a parent with TSC).
- Your unborn baby shows signs of TSC, such as heart tumors (rhabdomyomas) or brain tubers.
- If your infant is involved, their birth mother must have been part of this registry.
