Who can take part

  • You had endoscopic surgery (ESD) for squamous cell esophageal cancer that was stage pT1N0M0.
  • After surgery, the cancer showed high-risk features: invasion deeper than 200 micrometers, undifferentiated or poorly differentiated cells, positive margins, or blood/lymph vessel invasion.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have no other active cancers or serious health conditions that would interfere with radiation.
