Part of Bones, joints & muscles, Cancer, Genetic & congenital clinical trials.

This trial tests an experimental drug, TYRA-200, for people with advanced bile duct cancer whose tumors have a specific FGFR2 gene change and who have already tried another FGFR inhibitor. It aims to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors.

Gene Therapy for Advanced Bile Duct Cancer

This early-phase trial tests a new kind of gene therapy (called HNF4α srRNA) given through a vein for people with advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, a type of liver cancer that has stopped responding to standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if it is safe and if it can help slow or stop the cancer.
