Who can take part
- You must be a woman aged 18 to 70 with a new diagnosis of breast cancer that is HER2-positive and ER-positive.
- The cancer must be stage II or III (not spread far from the breast).
- You must be postmenopausal, or have your ovaries suppressed or removed before starting.
- You need to be generally healthy, with good heart function and normal blood counts.
- You cannot have had prior chemotherapy, radiation, or hormone therapy for this breast cancer.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
