Triple-targeted therapy with CDK4/6 inhibitor for HER2-positive breast cancer

Breast Cancer

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of three anti-HER2 drugs plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor before surgery for women with a type of breast cancer that is both HER2-positive and ER-positive. It aims to see if this treatment can shrink tumors more effectively before surgery.

Using CDK4/6 inhibitor and less chemo for early HER2-positive breast cancer

This trial tests a stronger treatment (a CDK4/6 inhibitor) combined with less chemotherapy for early-stage breast cancer that is positive for hormone receptors and HER2. It aims to see if this approach works well while reducing side effects from chemo.

NCT07019363Recruiting· Phase 3
CDK4/6 inhibitor plus hormone therapy for high-risk breast cancer

This trial tests whether adding a CDK4/6 inhibitor (a type of targeted pill) to standard hormone therapy after surgery can lower the risk of breast cancer coming back in women with high-risk, hormone-receptor-positive, HER2-positive early breast cancer.

NCT07299890Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Combination therapy for triple-positive breast cancer before surgery

This trial tests whether a combination of targeted therapies and hormone therapy can shrink triple-positive breast cancer before surgery. It is for women with stage II or III breast cancer that has not yet been treated.

NCT06162559Recruiting· Phase 1
Targeted therapy before surgery for HER2+ breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of three targeted drugs (trastuzumab, pertuzumab, and tucatinib) without chemotherapy before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer. It aims to see if this approach can shrink tumors effectively while avoiding chemotherapy side effects.

NCT06483386Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Targeted therapy before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs (pyrotinib and trastuzumab) plus chemotherapy (capecitabine) given before surgery to shrink HER2-positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment can make the cancer disappear before surgery.

NCT07246317Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Testing a new drug combo for early HER2+ breast cancer before surgery

This trial tests a combination of targeted therapies (trastuzumab and pertuzumab) with chemotherapy (docetaxel) and an experimental drug (QL1706) given before surgery to shrink early or locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. It aims to see if this approach improves outcomes before definitive surgery.
