  • You are between 18 and 50 years old
  • You have multiple sclerosis (MS) or Parkinson's disease (PD)
  • You have no history of hearing loss or deafness in your family
  • You do not have a current psychiatric condition
  • You do not have diabetes, epilepsy, uncontrolled heart disease, recent stroke, or low blood pressure
