MAGE-A4 TCR-T therapy for advanced solid tumors

Advanced Solid Tumor

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of immune therapy called MAGE-A4-directed TCR-T. It uses your own immune cells (T cells) that are modified to find and attack cancer cells that have a specific protein (MAGE-A4). It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have already tried other treatments.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or come back, and standard treatments have stopped working
  • Your tumor tests positive for a protein called MAGE-A4 (a special marker on cancer cells)
  • You have a specific blood type called HLA-A*02 (checked with a simple blood test)
  • You have at least one measurable tumor on a CT scan or MRI, and you are in good enough health to undergo treatment

Testing CRPA1A2 for advanced solid tumors

This is an early-stage trial testing a new drug called CRPA1A2 that trains your immune cells to fight certain cancers. The drug targets tumors that have specific genetic markers (MAGE-A1 and HLA-A*02:01). You may qualify if you have advanced cancer that hasn't responded to standard treatments.

YK1101 for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new cell therapy called YK1101 for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatment. It targets a specific protein (MAGE-A4) on cancer cells and requires a matching genetic type called HLA-A*11:01.

TCR-T cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called TCR-T that targets a specific genetic change (KRAS mutation) found in some pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers. If you have the right genetic markers and previous treatments haven't worked, this study may offer a new option.

T Cell Immunotherapy for Advanced Cancers

This study tests a new immunotherapy using specially engineered immune cells (called TCR-enhanced Vδ2 T cells) to treat blood cancers or solid tumors that haven't responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if these cells can safely shrink tumors and improve survival.

Targeted CAR-macrophage therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new treatment using your own immune cells, called macrophages, that are specially designed to attack cancer cells based on certain markers (like HER2). It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have already tried other treatments and need a new option.
