MSK-TCR5 Cell Therapy for RAS G12D Solid Tumors

Who can take part

  • Your cancer must have the RAS G12D genetic mutation and you must have a specific immune marker (HLA-A*11:01 allele)
  • Your cancer must be advanced, unresectable (can't be surgically removed), or metastatic (spread), and you must have already tried at least one standard cancer treatment
  • You must be at least 18 years old and in good enough health (ECOG performance status 0–1, roughly able to do light activity or self-care)
  • Your blood counts and organ function must be adequate (healthy liver, kidney, and bone marrow)
  • You cannot have had an organ transplant, untreated brain tumors, or active infections; you cannot be pregnant or nursing
  • You cannot have HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
