YK1101 for advanced solid tumors

Advanced Solid Tumor Cancer

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new cell therapy called YK1101 for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatment. It targets a specific protein (MAGE-A4) on cancer cells and requires a matching genetic type called HLA-A*11:01.

YKYY031 injection for advanced solid tumors with specific genetic mutations

This early-stage trial tests a new cancer treatment (YKYY031) given by injection for advanced colorectal or pancreatic cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug is designed to target specific genetic changes (mutations) found in some tumors, and your immune system must match a particular genetic marker (HLA-A*11:01) for the drug to work.

Testing a new cell treatment for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests an injection of your own immune cells (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) to see if they can fight advanced solid tumors like stomach or lung cancer. Doctors will remove one of your tumors, grow the immune cells from it, and then give them back to you.

GK01 cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests an experimental cell treatment called GK01 for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapies. The goal is to see if it can help shrink tumors or slow their growth.

KH801 for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new drug called KH801 for people with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread) that haven't been helped by other treatments. The goal is to see if it is safe and how well it works.

MAGE-A4 TCR-T therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune therapy called MAGE-A4-directed TCR-T. It uses your own immune cells (T cells) that are modified to find and attack cancer cells that have a specific protein (MAGE-A4). It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have already tried other treatments.

HS-IT101 injection for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests an experimental cell therapy (HS-IT101) for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. It uses immune cells from your own tumor to fight cancer, and researchers want to see if it is safe and effective.
