Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with a specific type of PAH (idiopathic, heritable, from a simple heart defect, or from drugs/toxins).
  • Your PAH medications have been stable for at least 3 months before joining.
  • Your lung function is mostly normal (FEV1 at least 60% of predicted, with no more than mild issues on lung imaging).
  • You are able to walk (you do not use a wheelchair or walker full-time and are not restricted to bed).
