Who can take part
- You have breast cancer that has spread to the brain (at least one brain tumor that is 1 cm or larger and has not been treated with radiation, or has grown after treatment).
- Your cancer type is HER2-negative (a specific kind of breast cancer).
- You are at least 18 years old and able to do daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
- You have not had a major surgery in the last 4 weeks, and you have recovered from side effects of past treatments.
- Your heart function is normal (EF 50% or more), and your blood and kidney tests are within certain limits.
