Who can take part
- You must have advanced (Stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV) non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer without certain genetic changes (EGFR, ALK, ROS1, and others).
- Your cancer must have gotten worse during or after your last treatment for advanced disease.
- You must have received platinum-based chemotherapy combined with an immunotherapy (anti-PD-1/PD-L1) as your only prior treatment (or these two given one after the other as your only two prior treatments).
- Your tumor must test positive for TROP2, a protein on cancer cells.
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan and has not been treated with radiation.
- You must be in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG performance status of 0 or 1).
