Part of Brain & nervous system, Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of a targeted drug (Enhertu) with precise radiation (SRS) for people whose HER2-positive breast cancer has spread to the brain. It aims to see if this combo is safe and effective for treating brain metastases.

T-DXd for breast cancer that has spread to the brain

This study is looking at how well the drug trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu) works for women and men with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the brain. Researchers want to see how much of the drug gets into the spinal fluid and if it helps shrink brain tumors.

NCT07100600Recruiting· Phase 2
Targeted drug with or without radiation for HER2-positive breast cancer brain tumors

This trial tests whether adding radiation therapy to a targeted cancer drug (trastuzumab rezetecan) is better than the drug alone for women with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the brain. If you have untreated brain tumors from this type of breast cancer, this study aims to find the best way to stop them from growing.

T-DXd plus radiation for HER2-positive breast cancer brain tumors

This trial tests a combination of a targeted drug (T-DXd) and precise radiation (stereotactic radiotherapy) for people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the brain. The goal is to see if this approach can better control brain tumors.

Study of Enhertu for HER2-low breast cancer

This study looks at how well the drug Enhertu works for patients with HER2-low breast cancer that has spread. If you are already planning to start Enhertu, researchers will collect data from your regular care to learn more about its effectiveness.

T-DXd with or without neratinib for HER2+ breast cancer brain metastases

This trial tests whether adding neratinib to T-DXd (trastuzumab deruxtecan) works better than T-DXd alone for women with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the brain. It is for those who have not had these specific drugs before.
