Who can take part

  • Your cancer must have a specific IDH2 gene mutation.
  • Tumor must be in the sinonasal cavity or skull base and cannot be fully treated with surgery or radiation.
  • You must have had at least one prior systemic treatment (like chemotherapy) that didn't stop the cancer from growing.
  • You must have a tumor that can be measured on imaging scans.
  • You must be 18 or older and have a good performance status (ECOG 0-2).
