- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has spread to a limited number of spots (up to 5 spots in up to 3 organs).
- You have not had chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy before.
- You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample before treatment.
