This study tests a new drug called CN201 (also known as MK-1045) for people with certain types of B-cell lymphoma that have come back or not responded to previous treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can help shrink or control the cancer.

Who can take part
- You must have a type of B-cell lymphoma, like DLBCL, follicular lymphoma, or mantle cell lymphoma, that has come back or not responded to at least one or two prior treatments, depending on the type.
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan or MRI, such as a lymph node larger than 1.5 cm or a tumor outside the lymph nodes larger than 1 cm.
- You should generally be in good health, with normal blood counts, liver and kidney function, and be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score of 0-2).
- You must not have had certain other treatments soon before this study, including anti-CD20 or anti-CD19 antibodies within 4 weeks, or chemotherapy within 2 weeks.
- You cannot have lymphoma that has spread to the brain or spinal cord, active infections, or other serious medical conditions like uncontrolled heart disease or interstitial lung disease.
