Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have generalized myasthenia gravis with moderate to severe weakness (MGFA grades 2 to 4A).
- Your symptoms must be active enough that you need ongoing treatment.
- You must have a certain level of symptom severity measured by standard tests (MG-ADL score of 6 or more, QMG score greater than 10).
- Blood tests must show antibodies related to myasthenia gravis that are above the normal range.
- You cannot have had certain treatments like rituximab, azathioprine, or similar drugs recently before the study starts.
