This study tests whether lower body exercises (like walking or leg presses) can help reduce shoulder pain from impingement. It's for people with shoulder pain that has lasted more than 6 weeks and who have not had surgery or a major injury.

Who can take part
- You are between 20 and 45 years old.
- You have pain in only one shoulder for more than 6 weeks.
- You have at least one positive sign from each of three groups: painful arc, impingement tests (like Neer or Hawkins), and pain on resisted movements (like Jobe test).
- You have not had surgery on that shoulder.
- You have never fractured or dislocated your shoulder.
- You do not have a full rotator cuff tear, biceps tendon tear, or Type III acromion (a specific bone shape).
- You do not have neck pain that spreads to your arm (cervical radiculopathy).
