Who can take part

  • You are a manual worker (use your hands a lot at work), male or female
  • You are between 25 and 40 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with shoulder impingement syndrome (pain when lifting or reaching overhead)
  • You have not had any surgery on your shoulder before
  • You do not have current neck pain or other shoulder problems like dislocation or instability
  • You do not have low back pain
