Who can take part

  • You have shoulder pain that has lasted at least 3 months
  • You are between 25 and 40 years old
  • Your pain starts when you lift your arm between 60° and 120°
  • You have not had a shoulder fracture, surgery, or dislocation
  • You have no recent leg injury (last 6 months) and no back pain or leg problems in the past year
  • Your BMI is under 30
