  • You had heart bypass surgery or a stent placed in the last 3 months
  • You are not already in a cardiac rehab program or seeing a physical activity expert
  • You want to increase your physical activity level
  • You can speak and read French
  • You live in the greater Montreal area, have a computer with internet, and have no memory or thinking problems
