Who can take part
- You are African American or Black.
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are feeling depressed and score at least 5 on a short depression questionnaire (PHQ-9).
- You have a mobile phone (smartphone or basic cell phone).
- You are not currently in talk therapy for depression.
- You are not having thoughts of suicide right now.
- If you take medication for depression, you have been on the same medication for at least 3 months.
