Who can take part

  • You are a Chinese cancer survivor who speaks Cantonese or Mandarin.
  • You were recently diagnosed with stage 0 to III colorectal or breast cancer and finished surgery as your main treatment.
  • You completed any hospital-based treatments like chemotherapy or radiation within the past 6 months.
  • You have a moderate level of fear about your cancer coming back (measured by a short questionnaire with a score between 13 and 21).
  • You do not have depression, psychosis, or any language or thinking difficulties that would make it hard to use an online program.
  • You have access to the internet.
