  • You have been treated for breast, ovarian, prostate, or lung cancer.
  • You completed your main treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation) between 3 weeks and 3 months ago.
  • You have some fear that your cancer might come back (a score of 13 or more on a standard worry scale).
