Who can take part
- You are between 19 and 80 years old.
- You have had moderate to severe elbow or wrist pain for at least 3 months that didn't get better with treatments like pain meds, physical therapy, or joint injections.
- Your pain level is 4 or higher on a 0–10 scale.
- You have not had surgery on your elbow or wrist before.
- You do not have serious kidney problems, an active infection, or bleeding diabetes.
