Intravesical RC48 After Surgery for HER2+ Upper Urinary Tract Cancer

Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older
  • Diagnosed with upper urinary tract cancer (ureter or renal pelvis) and planned for surgical removal (radical nephroureterectomy)
  • Cancer tests positive for HER2 protein (a marker found on some cancer cells)
  • Good overall health and ability to care for yourself (ECOG score 0–1)
  • No bladder cancer diagnosis in the past 5 years
  • Adequate blood, liver, and kidney function; no active serious infections; not pregnant or breastfeeding
