Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Diagnosed with upper urinary tract cancer (ureter or renal pelvis) and planned for surgical removal (radical nephroureterectomy)
- Cancer tests positive for HER2 protein (a marker found on some cancer cells)
- Good overall health and ability to care for yourself (ECOG score 0–1)
- No bladder cancer diagnosis in the past 5 years
- Adequate blood, liver, and kidney function; no active serious infections; not pregnant or breastfeeding
