- You are 22 years or older.
- You are starting or already taking a BTK inhibitor (acalabrutinib or zanubrutinib) for CLL, either as your first or later treatment.
- Your heartbeat is normal (sinus rhythm) when you join the study.
- You are willing to wear an Apple Watch and use an iPhone and a special blood pressure cuff for the study.
- Your arm circumference is between 9 and 14.5 inches so the blood pressure cuff fits.
