Who can take part
- Age 1 to 18 years old
- Epilepsy that starts in one part of the brain (focal/partial) and hasn't been controlled with at least 2 seizure medicines
- Having at least 4 seizures each month
- Epileptic spikes seen on EEG or MEG tests between seizures
- A structural MRI of the brain has been done
- Patient agrees to join the main PerEpi 1 study that helps plan the stimulation
