Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old
  • You must have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread widely)
  • You have not had any prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy for this cancer
  • You are physically active and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • Your cancer has not spread to the brain that is untreated or causing symptoms
