- You are 65 or older and have been diagnosed with frailty by a geriatric doctor.
- You have not had a heart attack or unstable chest pain in the last 3 months.
- You have no serious heart rhythm problems, recent blood clots, or a terminal illness.
- You can walk on your own (no need for help to move around).
- You do not have severe pain (a 7 or higher on a 0–10 pain scale).
- You have no severe memory or thinking problems that would make it hard to follow instructions.
