Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 75 years old.
- You are of Chinese descent and speak Cantonese.
- Your 'bad' cholesterol (LDL) is higher than 2.6 mmol/L.
- Your anxiety score is 38 or above on a standard test.
- You can walk and do light exercise safely.
- You do not have poorly controlled kidney disease, COPD, or food allergies to berries, nuts, fish, or olive oil.
