Who can take part
- You have advanced cancer (solid tumor or lymphoma) that has gotten worse or not responded to other treatments.
- Your cancer can be seen on scans or measured (like a tumor).
- It has been at least 4 weeks since your last cancer treatment (or 2 weeks for palliative radiation).
- Your blood cell counts, kidney function, and liver function are within safe limits (based on blood tests).
- You do not have serious heart or lung problems, or certain other medical conditions.
