Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- Your cancer is stomach/esophageal, pancreatic, non-small cell lung, head and neck, or colorectal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed surgically
- You have had a prior type of immunotherapy (called a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor) and you either progressed while on it or were unable to tolerate it
- You can still perform daily activities with little help (ECOG 0 or 1)
- You are willing to provide a fresh tumor biopsy sample before the study starts (or have one taken within the last 90 days and no other cancer treatment in between)
