Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have HER2-low breast cancer (a specific lab result) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have had at least one prior treatment for advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
- You have a tumor that can be measured on scans or a bone lesion that can be measured.
- Your cancer has either hormone receptors (HR+) or not (HR-), and you will be in one of two groups based on that.
- You have recovered from side effects of past treatments and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, heart, blood counts).
