Who can take part

  • You must have multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to at least 3 prior treatments.
  • You must have tried a proteasome inhibitor (like bortezomib), an immunomodulator (like lenalidomide), and an anti-CD38 antibody (like daratumumab).
  • You must have measurable disease, such as a certain level of M-protein or free light chains in your blood or urine.
  • Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts (like hemoglobin, white blood cells, and platelets) must work well enough based on recent tests.
  • You cannot have had prior treatment with ruxolitinib or selinexor, or have light chain amyloidosis.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and willing to follow the study schedule and use effective birth control if needed.
