Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older and able to sign the consent form.
  • You must have measurable multiple myeloma based on blood or urine “M protein” levels or abnormal free light chains.
  • Your myeloma must match one of the trial’s treatment-history groups (how many prior therapies you had and which drug types you failed).
  • Your body function tests must be adequate (kidney, liver, blood counts) and you can still tolerate study treatment.
  • Your energy level score must be 0 to 2 (ECOG).
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use two reliable birth-control methods and have a negative pregnancy test; men must also use protection if partnered with someone who could become pregnant.
