Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with CPVT based on tests showing abnormal heart rhythms during exercise.
  • You have a specific change in the RYR2 gene that is known to cause CPVT.
  • You have had a serious heart rhythm event like cardiac arrest, fainting due to arrhythmia, or a sustained fast heartbeat.
  • You take a stable dose of a beta-blocker and/or flecainide (heart medications) for at least one month before screening.
  • You have had a recent exercise test showing a certain level of heart rhythm problems.
  • You are up to date on meningococcal vaccine or willing to get it.
